In 2014 Breitling celebrated 130 years of prodigious activity in the meticulous and the wonderful world of watchmaking. Leon Breitling was the one who established in 1884 the private company Breitling SA in Grenchen, Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland. The company was renamed “Leon G. Breitling SA Montbrillant Watch Manufactory”. Breitling has created designs for three categories of activities: SuperOcean – perfect waterproof watches for diving, Navitimer – complicated mechanisms for aviation and Breitling for Bentley – luxury watches for special events. There is still a model called Breitling Emergency, created for aviation and also for the army, which contains a radio transmitter having a frequency used in military aviation in a special frequency.
Breitling is the mark of businessmen and men of action, too.

Cartier, the luxury accessories brand
The brand bears the name of Louis-François Cartier, a jeweler's apprentice who, in 1847, became the owner of the jewelery shop located across the street no.29 Montorgueil, Paris, and moved in 1859 on the Boulevard of the Italians in the heart of the artistic Paris.
